Change / Order Cancellation Policy
- Request of size, color, or address change must be done within 12 hours of order confirmation. Cancellation of orders are honored within 12 hours of the transaction.
We firmly stand behind our products. We will replace your item if it falls into one of these categories:
- The item has a manufacturing problem
- The item was the incorrect size
- Item did not make it to delivery address
We need a photo of the item to be replaced showing the defect in order or size to request a replacement. Please note, refunds are not given for any of these reasons. We will issue a reorder. Refunds will only be given when items are returned to us.
- If you'd like to return your item(s), you may do so within 60 days of purchase.
- Customer is required to pay return shipping fees and they are nonrefundable. Please note, in order to qualify for a full refund, items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. We have the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.
- At this time we are unable to offer exchanges. You may return your item and repurchase the correct size.
- Refunds will be processed within approximately up to 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your return.
*Certain items are not eligible for refund for hygienic reasons (swimwear, beanies/winter hats, headbands, socks)
Lost in Transit/USPS
Auqust® is happy to send you a replacement in case your order was lost in transit or has not been delivered by the courier. Please note replacements are also sent via regular shipping thus items may take up to 20 business days to be delivered.
